Simply place your shower steamer at the far end, in the corner of your shower stall/tub on the floor and away from the direct stream of the water. As your shower steamer slowly melts away, it will release the benefits of the essential oils. Enjoy the aromatherapy experience with every shower. Everyday is a spa day! 

*** For best results, once your shower steamer has activated and has slowly melted. Pick steamer up and put on palm and cup your hands together. Bring cupped hands up to nose and take a deep breathe in.  Repeat a few times then place the shower steamer back onto floor of shower/tub.
