Shipping Policy + Returns
We ship via Canada Post and/or local courier company if you are in the Edmonton and Surrounding Area. We do our best to get your order out within 3-5 business days of receipt. All packages are shipped and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping times vary according to distances of final destination. Occasional weekend deliveries could occur if you are in the local Edmonton and Area.
Any orders outside of the Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department. Eunoia The Self Care Collection does not provide information or collect duties and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for any additional information.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada
Tracking Numbers
You should receive a follow up email after you order with a tracking number. If you for some reason do not receive it, kindly email us at: info@eunoiaselfcare.com and we will be happy to forward you the tracking number. If your package did not arrive but your tracking number has confirmed delivery then we will have our shipping center open a service ticket with Canada Post to investigate. They will be contacting you to ask questions about how mail gets delivered, if anyone else in the household might have received the package, etc. This process can take one week to a month. If Canada Post deems the package lost or stolen, then a separate claim will be made. Please note that if tracking indicates it has been delivered and Canada Post can not resolve the issue, then we are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please note that tracking number shall only be provided if we are shipping with Canada Post. If you are living in the Edmonton and Surrounding Area, you may not receive an email with a tracking number as we may decide to use a local shipping company or courier service for faster delivery, locally.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or products that have been opened and no longer sealed. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
